She uses family genograms to map intergenerational cycles, which she believes fosters insight as a launching place for initiating change. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys reading, spending time with her family, journaling, playing with her dogs, arts and crafts, and hanging out with friends. She loves hosting, cooking or baking for others, and participating in community events.
