What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is empathetic, strengths-based, person-centered, and culturally responsive. I value each client’s unique experiences and identity, and I am dedicated to providing an affirming space for individuals of all backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. I’m committed to helping individuals and families build resilience, navigate challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. I’m also passionate about advocacy, helping clients access resources and ensuring their voices are heard throughout the therapeutic process. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. I work closely with clients and caregivers to strengthen coping skills, build on existing strengths, enhance family relationships, and promote lasting healing.
