My approach When I provide therapy services, I often use approaches such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused therapy. These approaches will assist in exploring problem areas, identifying solutions, exploring thought patterns that contribute to challenges, processing emotions and trauma, as well as building new skills for managing difficult emotions and experiences. Based on your needs as a client, I will tailor my approach to what fits you best. Your goals are the primary focus of treatment, and together we will navigate how we reach them. My focus If you are someone who struggles with anxious thoughts, self-doubt, or coming to terms with traumatic events that feel as if they are holding you back, I may be a good fit for you. I often work with teens and adults who are managing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, going through transitions in life, or working through trauma.
