I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and older adults, with a primary focus on early adolescence through adulthood. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, trauma, suicidal ideation, and substance use concerns. I earned my master's degree in clinical psychology from Capella University. I began my career working in group homes with adults with disabilities and later completed my graduate internship at a psychiatric hospital, where I worked with clients requiring higher levels of outpatient and inpatient care.
