Psychotherapist
CO
Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges while building resilience, confidence, and meaningful change. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I work with adolescents, adults, and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, family conflict, and life transitions. Together, we identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical coping strategies, and work toward goals that align with the life you want to create. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Attachment-Based Therapy to meet your individual needs. I know reaching out for support isn't always easy, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're looking for tools to manage everyday stress or healing from past experiences, I'm committed to creating a welcoming, affirming space where you can feel understood, challenged, and supported every step of the way.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
