I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) passionate about facilitating healing for people experiencing mental health symptoms by processing trauma and learning beneficial coping skills to optimally manage their lives. I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the Eisner Institute for Professional Studies and a Master's in Counseling Psychology from National University, Redding. Although I am trained in many methods, my expertise lies in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). The orientation and focus of our therapeutic environment are rooted in the recovery model, where healing is holistic and client-driven, and an individual's resiliency and strengths are identified and actualized for healing opportunities.
