Getting to know Kelli Cryer

Greetings, My name is Kelli Cryer, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University. Let's be honest, the ebbs and flows of life can sometimes derail us, and at other times, we find that we excel. The journey forward isn't always clear and is often met with obstacles that feel insurmountable. As a therapist, I strive to work together in a collaborative effort to cultivate an environment where clients grow in their security to express themselves, BOTH authentically AND freely. My counseling practice has included experience working with system-involved youth, couples, families, working professionals, college students, and community partners. One of the hardest parts of the journey is showing up. Let's work toward liberating yourself until you are the empowered you again! Feel free to contact me via email or phone to schedule a consultation. I look forward to the possibility of joining you on your journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As a therapist, I understand the importance of reaching back and gathering the best of what our past offers to teach us. In pursuit of achieving our full potential as we move forward in our healing journeys, I also believe in moving in the awareness of one's capacity. It takes hard work and effort to face some of the most difficult times in our lives. I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe, supported and empowered to express and explore their stories. Clients can expect to be met with compassion, empathy, humility and grace.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
