What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use a mixture of evidence based methodologies in my practice including, DBT, experiential, ACT and mindfulness. In your first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy and what you hope to get out of therapy. With that, we will explore together what approaches resonate to help you get there. Your story is unique, and together, we’ll explore the narratives that shape your life. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, we’ll work toward a path that aligns with who you are and where you want to go.
