Getting to know Kelly Arendacs

Listening and trust are the foundations of a therapeutic relationship. I am here to listen and work with anyone, from young children through adulthood. The experience in session will be supportive and guided by what you need and want. Together, we will work toward where you want to be in life. I am always willing to learn from you about your unique life experience because everyone has their own story. Everyone will be given the time to express their thoughts and feelings. I hold a Master of Education in Professional Counseling from William Paterson University. My experience includes working with behaviors in a school setting, supporting children and adults in a hospital day program, and providing care at an intensive outpatient clinic serving the lifespan. Through these roles, I have worked with a wide range of challenges and struggles that people face. The skills and techniques I use and teach daily are drawn from a variety of therapeutic approaches to best support each individual.
