Hi there! I'm Kelly, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience in helping clients navigate through anxiety, toxic relationships, and trauma. My goal is twofold. In the short term, we will focus on developing coping skills so you can begin to feel better quickly. In the longer-term, we will get to the underlying causes of these feelings and behaviors so you can live a full life again. I hold an MA and am certified as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Additionally, I have completed the SonderMind Baseline Veteran Education Program, which has equipped me with specialized knowledge to support veterans. My areas of expertise include addiction, anxiety, depression, intimate and romantic relationships, stress, trauma, and PTSD. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth sessions to provide flexible and accessible care. When working with me, you can expect a compassionate and supportive environment where your well-being is the priority. I believe in a collaborative approach, where we work together to identify and address the challenges you're facing. My aim is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to overcome obstacles and achieve lasting change.
