My approach I provide a direct approach to therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I also incorporate mindfulness and meditation in my practice. I believe every person has the ability to grow and improve the quality of their life. I treat depression, anxiety, OCD, grief and loss, parent and child relationship issues, family estrangement, and behavior problems. My communication style I provide a compassionate and safe space in therapy for my clients to learn, process, and grow. I am a direct communicator and demonstrate empathy and feedback to my clients. My journey to mental healthcare I've had a lifelong passion for helping others. I have always been interested in understanding people's emotions and challenges and desire to make a positive impact in people's lives. My goals for you I talk openly with my clients about goal setting in each session to ensure that the client is getting what they want out of every session. My first session with you In the first session, we will discuss the reasons and hopes for starting therapy. I will gather some background information about the client to get to know them better. Through this process, we will start to build rapport and empathy to establish a strong therapeutic relationship. We will discuss goals and treatment recommendations.
