Getting to know Kelly Lehman
I have 20 years of experience working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, grief/loss, chronic pain/health conditions, complex trauma, relationship conflicts, and more. I offer an authentic, nonjudgmental space to process emotions, clarify goals, and develop a plan to achieve them. I believe humor is essential to healing, so plan to laugh a bit too! I hold an EdM in Counseling Psychology from Shippensburg University, which has deepened my understanding of the therapeutic process.
My experiences as both a therapist and personal trainer have shown me how connected our physical and emotional health truly are. Full healing encompasses both areas, and for this reason, I view my clients through a holistic lens. I am honored to hold space for you within the therapy relationship, and I congratulate you for taking this step in your journey.
More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
