Hi, I'm Kelly, and I've been an LPC for over six years, providing support to individuals and couples. I believe authenticity and a supportive environment are of greatest importance for the clinical process to work. I will meet you where you're at and help you navigate the issues you're facing. Therapy can be great for learning more about yourself and becoming more confident in managing short-term to life-long challenges. Also, therapy can be hard and emotionally challenging, but it is never a sign of weakness. It takes great strength to look at oneself, the various aspects of our lives, and make dedicated change. In my practice, I use an integrated treatment approach to find what works for you. I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska.
