Psychotherapist
1650 38th St, Unit 100E, Boulder, CO
I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Naropa University, passionate about guiding those who are suffering out of despair and into self-discovery for growth, healing, and a more fulfilling life. I utilize evidence-based, trauma-informed, strength-based approaches to healing and growth. This means that I do not see you as broken, in need of "fixing," or forever labeled by a diagnosis. Rather, I see you as needing support and guidance in uncovering your Authentic Self, which has been covered over by "protector" behaviors resulting from wounding. This perspective is supported by therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindful practices, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I welcome you to join me on this journey of healing because it is difficult to do alone. I am here for you.
