I'm skilled in assisting people who are experiencing anxiety, grief, phobias, trauma, and PTSD. Through inner child work and EMDR therapy, and through your inner safety, you can feel how you would like to feel. Collaboratively, I will work with you to bring you the healing you deserve. My approach My job as a therapist isn't to give you advice or tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you in your journey, to the better you that was always there. Even if you were robbed of important pieces of your childhood, you have the capability to heal, and through our work together, we can help make that possible. My focus I am a Certified EMDR therapist. I am also an EMDR Approved Consultant in Training. I also utilize Art techniques, Ego State Therapy, Brainspotting, CBT, CBT-I, experiential approaches as well as, other modalities to best help you.
