Psychotherapist

Have you ever been told you’re “too sensitive” or “too much”? I help queer, trans, neurodivergent, and deeply feeling folks heal from trauma, break free from people-pleasing, and build healthier, more authentic relationships. Together we’ll explore how your emotional depth is a strength, not a flaw, and find tools to help you feel grounded, confident, and connected. Therapy works best when it feels like the right fit—let’s see if the vibe is right for you. My approach My approach is collaborative, affirming, and trauma-informed. I work primarily with queer, trans, non-binary, neurodivergent folks, and children of immigrants, honoring the unique intersections of identity, culture, and lived experience. Drawing from ACT, DBT, somatic, and psychodynamic therapies, I help clients regulate their nervous systems, heal from trauma, and move toward greater authenticity in relationships and self-expression. I believe emotional depth and sensitivity are gifts, even when they feel overwhelming, and our work together focuses on transforming these traits into sources of strength. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all—you’re always in the driver’s seat, with me as a supportive guide. I value building a genuine, trusting connection, because research shows that’s the most important factor for healing. My focus I specialize in working with queer, trans, and non-binary clients, children of immigrants, and neurodivergent folks, including those with ADHD or autism. Many of my clients have histories of trauma, invalidation, or chronic stress, and come to therapy feeling “too sensitive,” anxious in relationships, or stuck in people-pleasing patterns. I support clients in learning to regulate their emotions, heal from past wounds, and build stronger self-trust. Together, we’ll explore how your emotional depth—often misunderstood as “too much”—is actually a powerful strength.
