What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to provide a calm, non-judgmental atmosphere where clients feel completely at ease to open up. I deeply understand the sensitivity involved in sharing personal issues, so I always strive to practice with profound warmth and unwavering compassion, aiming to make every interaction supportive and empowering. My dedication to this field was ignited by personal experiences, witnessing family members navigate significant challenges during their youth. This sparked a deep desire within me to be a trusted confidant for young people during their most difficult times. I've always felt a strong pull to connect with others and offer support, even when they might not realize they need it.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy, to me, is a collaborative journey. Together, we'll define the goals that are most important to you—be it improving relationships, cultivating self-esteem, or other personal objectives. These goals are flexible; they can shift as you gain new perspectives, and we'll always tailor our approach to ensure its relevance. My commitment is to offer the unwavering support and effective tools you need to progress toward your best self, even when the path feels difficult. Our initial session is a chance for us to connect and for me to understand your background and what brings you to therapy. Remember, therapy is a journey we build together over time. It's perfectly normal to feel a bit nervous beforehand, and we'll simply take it one comfortable step at a time, with me guiding you throughout the entire process.
