My focus Focusing on adults of all races and cultures, I will use the therapeutic approach that best suits your needs and helps you reach your goals for therapy. I enjoy helping people reach goals to enable them to live their best possible life. My goals for you Using the acronym SMART, together we will set goals that are Specific to your needs, Measurable so progress can be tracked, Achievable and realistic, Relevant to your vision of your best life, and Time-bound to be reached within a reasonable amount of time. Understanding where you want to be in life and what changes you wish to make will help you determine your goals.
