very good listener. he let me start it off and we took it from there. he doesnt dive into problems he listens first then asks questions. very concerned for my well being. i read several reviews all stated was excellent listener didnt interrupt and waited until it was his turn to talk. i like his attitude and friendlyness. seems to really want to help me. will be see him gain next week
