“Ken is friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely easy to talk to. He has helped me navigate some difficult issues over the years, and I have developed a great deal of trust in him. He has a real talent for gently pointing out blind spots I was not aware of and helping me look at situations from a healthier and more productive angle. He has also introduced me to philosophical concepts that have been surprisingly practical and valuable in my day-to-day life. I always come away from our sessions feeling understood and with something useful to think about. I highly recommend Ken to anyone who is looking for a therapist who is supportive, insightful, and truly invested in helping you grow.”

Kenneth is a very professional, adept and considerate therapist. I have seen him for the better part of a year, and he has helped me considerably with numerous issues related to my mental health. Kenneth is very flexible, and always listens to what you have to say - but at the same time, he focuses on practical solutions to help improve your mental health. Kenneth's demeanor helps me feel relaxed during sessions, and it always feels like our sessions are productive. I look forward to continuing to work with Kenneth, and I would highly recommend signing up for a session with him if you need help with your mental health.
Kenneth is the first therapist I have actually stuck with. His approach feels less invasive and more like you are talking with a trusted confidant. He has helped me immensely with working through some personal struggles, and I can not recommend him enough.
I was on the hunt to find someone who could help my fiancé and me navigate communication, and Ken has been such a great find for us. He has a calm, grounded presence and does an excellent job of seeing and validating both perspectives. Ken provides practical tools that help us regulate our emotions and communicate more effectively. He’s always on time, professional, and genuinely invested in helping couples grow together.
