My journey to mental healthcare My journey into therapy began with having a heart for people and wanting to see them succeed. I have always loved helping others and talking with them. I am just very compassionate about people believing in themselves and their capabilities, no matter what is occurring in life. Friends and family have always thanked me for being a great confidant and helping them to think about things differently. It feels great for people to thank you for helping them feel better after talking. My love for people having the skills and mindset they need fueled me throughout graduate school and my licensure process.
