Getting to know Kerry Deeney

When we as human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for our lives to unravel. My great passion is bringing healing to people who have been through a traumatic or stressful experience. I help my clients find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, strong individuals. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual. Therefore, I use a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My educational background includes a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the same university.
