What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, authenticity, and compassion. I integrate evidence-based practices, solution-focused therapy, and practical skill-building strategies to help clients develop effective coping skills, build resilience, and create lasting change. My approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs, recognizing that every person’s experiences, strengths, and goals are different. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to be their authentic selves. My goal is to help clients gain insight, strengthen confidence, and improve their overall emotional well-being while working toward the goals that matter most to them.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
