Khristine Lang, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
I’m a compassionate psychotherapist serving my community. I graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Social Behavior. I attained my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I started my career in the psychology field working as a school-based counselor in both elementary and high school programs. I also have a decade of experience as an Early Childhood Interventionist and Behavioral Therapist for kids and teens on the autism spectrum. I later gained experience in a hospital setting working with patients who struggled with “diabetes burnout,” which is emotional and physical fatigue from caring for themselves as individuals diagnosed with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes. I also interned in a Pain Management clinic where I helped facilitate a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy group for managing chronic pain. As a licensed clinician, I have facilitated group therapy at a partial hospitalization program for elderly and adult clients, co-facilitated an ADHD coping skills group for young children diagnosed with ADHD, provided individual therapy, and conducted intake assessments and treatment planning, all in an outpatient setting.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
