Hello, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for the State of Virginia. *Disclaimer: you must actively reside in Virginia to register for therapy services with me.* I earned my Bachelor's degree from Norfolk State University and my Master's in Professional Counseling from South University in Virginia Beach. I have over 12 years of experience helping individuals with mood disorders and anxiety. I have witnessed and celebrated many clients make significant positive progress and accomplish their dreams and goals. My counseling style is very interactive, relaxing, and peaceful. I share hope and offer compassion throughout the span of treatment. My approach combines Christian Counseling, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Client/Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Reality Therapy. The interventions and treatment goals will be specifically tailored to your needs. I believe your mental health is just as important and valuable as your spiritual and physical health?you need all to become a well-balanced human being. More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
