I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed School Counselor in North Carolina with over ten years of combined experience working in education and mental health. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Vocational Rehabilitation from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, as well as a Master of Education degree in School Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. My passion is to provide an empathic, relational-driven, and trauma-focused level of care to adolescents, adults, and families as they work through challenging life experiences. I aim to help you make better choices, start believing in yourself again, and build momentum toward lifelong change.
