What should a new client know about working with you?

My training is in psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, which means we won't just manage symptoms — we'll build the kind of insight and self-acceptance that makes change hold. I believe the relationship between us is the foundation of that work, and I bring authenticity, warmth, curiosity, and a little humor into the room.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy is a relational process. Our work together will be focused on building trust and connection, exploring your story, and creating change from a place of self-acceptance. Change does not have to be a new job, signing up for a gym membership, or a purging of your closet. The deepest change is that which happens in ourselves - a change of heart, a new perspective, an insightful reflection. These are the changes that can bring greater life fulfillment and relief from the negativity that weighs us down.
