Psychotherapist
1745 Shea Ctr Dr, 4th Fl, Highlands Ranch, CO
Whether you're navigating anxiety, school stress, or a difficult life transition, you deserve a space where you feel truly understood and supported. I’m dedicated to helping children, adolescents, young adults, and families work through emotional, academic, and personal challenges in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable. Many of the people I work with want to feel understood and more in control of their lives, even when they don't yet have the words for what they're experiencing. Together, we focus on what matters most to you: building healthier coping strategies, strengthening emotional regulation, improving self-esteem, and developing a greater sense of confidence and belonging. Because struggles in one area of life often ripple into others, I take a holistic approach to growth and healing. You don't have to navigate the hard seasons alone, and I'll be in your corner every step of the way. I look forward to helping you feel more empowered, emotionally connected, and confident as your supportive and collaborative partner throughout the therapeutic process.

What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to becoming a therapist began in the school system, where working closely with students every day showed me just how deeply emotional well-being shapes every part of a young person's life: their academics, their relationships, their confidence, and how they see themselves. Being in this role made me realize how important it is for people to have someone in their corner, a realization that deepened my passion for providing accessible, supportive, and developmentally appropriate care. I bring both a school-based perspective and a heartfelt commitment to helping young people and families feel seen, supported, and empowered in their growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our time together, you can expect a warm, supportive environment where it's safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. My approach is person-centered, emotionally focused, and collaborative, because genuine healing happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. Sessions are compassionate and flexible by design. Your unique needs, goals, and life experiences shape the direction of our work together, whether that means strengthening emotional awareness, processing difficult moments, or building practical tools you can carry with you long after our sessions end. Every step we take is guided by your pace and your strengths.
