Kimberly Esse, LCSW

Kimberly Esse, LCSW

Psychotherapist
NV
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, grief, and stress. If you've been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck, you're not alone-and you don't have to navigate it on your own. I specialize in helping clients reduce anxiety, improve mood, and feel more in control of their daily lives. Many of my clients are used to being the “strong one” for others but are now feeling drained and in need of support. My goal is to help you feel better, function better, and regain a sense of balance and clarity. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and results-focused. I use evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand your thoughts, manage emotions, and develop coping skills you can use in real-life situations. For clients who desire it, I also integrate holistic and faith-based support so therapy aligns with your values. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and begin moving forward with confidence. You don't have to do this alone-Hope Abounds.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
