Kimberly Fanning-Shiles, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Psychology from Brandman University, and a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, San Bernardino. I mainly work with individuals from an integrative client-centered approach, combining my focus on the client as a unique person and helping build new behavioral and mindfulness skills. I often use CBT, DBT-informed, and Humanistic/client-centered approaches to support clients. I like to meet clients where they are, improve functioning, and help foster relationship growth with self and others. In addition to my training in relationships and helping with areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, and life adjustments, I have specialized training. Sometimes I assist clients using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) and help manage OCD with Mindfulness and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I find EMDR therapy to be powerful for some individuals, helping address trauma and adverse life experiences. I thank you for reading my bio and hope to speak with you soon about your own possible therapy interests.
