I received my Bachelor's degree in Human Services in 2017 and my Master of Science with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling in 2020. In 2023, I completed Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training. I have gained experience working with individuals as a certified nursing assistant, childcare provider, substance abuse counselor, behavioral therapist, and in a private practice setting working with children and families. Together, we will work to decrease impulsive behaviors, thoughts, and emotions that interfere with daily functioning and self-growth. Exploring positive alternatives and healthy habits will improve your ability to face life's stressors. Building trust, healthy rapport, and a new mindset is vital to lasting success.
