Welcome! I am a warm, non-judgmental, and authentic person. One of my basic tenets is that we, as people, are doing the best we can, and sometimes our conscious or subconscious "plan" to take care of ourselves is just not working anymore. Sometimes we need to develop a new “plan,” but that can be difficult, and we need help. The relationship with ourselves, family, friends, and our community is a pillar of good health and well-being. However, things get in the way-like trauma, substance use, addiction, depression, anxiety, loneliness, illness, and fear. I want to support your concerns and help you improve your sense of well-being. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, which informs my compassionate and holistic approach to care.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
