I will provide you with a safe and supportive environment in which you can freely express your feelings and feel empowered to make change through the therapeutic process. I currently offer HIPAA-compliant telehealth services, providing a therapeutic environment without leaving the safety of your own home. With over 15 years of clinical experience in the mental health field, my background and specialties include anxiety, adjustment, depression, grief, trauma, TBI, and PTSD. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the State University of New York, Albany, and a Bachelor’s degree from Siena College. I look forward to working with you.
