Hi there, I'm Kimberly! Hi, my name is Kim Page, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling from Denver Seminary. My approach to healing is holistic because I believe we are spirit, soul, and body. I work on healing soul wounds by unburdening painful emotions and uprooting negative core beliefs that interfere with your ability to see yourself through God’s eyes. My therapy focuses include self-esteem, self-confidence, trauma, addiction, relationship struggles, motivation, and finding your purpose in life. My approach I interweave many forms of therapy. I have a relational approach, seeing myself as a guide who partners with God to help lead you into freedom. I believe Jesus is the healer, and I use the wisdom He gives me to heal soul wounds and painful memories. I incorporate attachment-based theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and internal family systems to restore dignity, self-esteem, and healing. My focus I work with clients stuck in patterns of negative thinking about themselves, God, or others. I work best with clients motivated to heal, grow, and transform. I treat many conditions because most unwanted behaviors or unhealthy thoughts stem from lies or trauma. By addressing root issues, clients often see unwanted behaviors change, along with their relationships with themselves, God, and others. What we think about most grows, so we address core beliefs about self. My communication style My tone and approach are marked by high empathy and validation. I seek to understand and validate the pain and burdens you carry. It feels safe to work with me because I am not forceful or intense. I gently confront in love and provide insight you might not see through gentleness and curiosity. My journey to mental healthcare I decided to start working with people on their soul-healing journey.
