Hi there, I'm Kimberly.
Do you ever feel overwhelmed by the many different roles you play? At any given point during your day, you might be a spouse, a parent, a friend, a professional, a student, a sibling, a son, a daughter, or simply an individual. Life can throw a lot of different demands our way. If you've ever felt stressed or confused trying to navigate all these roles, you don't have to do it alone. I'm here to help.
I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University and have experience working with young and middle-aged adults facing significant life transitions, pregnancy, postpartum issues, anxiety, and depression. I have worked closely with college students and adults re-entering the workforce.
Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, we will find ways to help you handle stress more effectively, improve communication with others, and identify patterns that may be causing you to feel stuck. Whatever your concerns, together we’ll explore your strengths and challenges and create meaningful change to improve the quality of your life as you define it.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
