I have worked in the mental health and social services field for over 13 years. My time working with clients has taught me about the power of relationships and connection. In therapy, I take a trauma-informed, Strengths-Based approach utilizing different therapeutic modalities. I focus on creating a safe and healing space for my clients to encourage their growth in self-awareness and their capabilities. I believe in using humor and genuine connection to assist my clients in taking positive steps toward taking care of themselves and their mental wellness.
