Hi there, I'm Kimberly!
Do you feel overwhelmed and discouraged? Are you struggling to remember why you're working so hard and feeling stuck?
I help high performers gain clarity, overcome anxiety, and bounce back from burnout. I am a guide and resource. We will work together to identify obstacles standing in the way of your opportunities and develop action plans to move you past pitfalls. I integrate mindfulness, assessments, and creative projects to help you develop vision and strength toward your goals.
Whether you're dealing with loss, trauma, addiction, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy is a brave choice and takes courage. This is a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with understanding and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hurdles holding you back and develop habits to get back on track.
I hold a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida. I look forward to seeing you grow during our work together!

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
