I offer a compassionate, holistic, and strength-based approach to therapy that meets clients where they are. Throughout my career, I've worked in group homes, outpatient clinics, schools, and private practice, and have also served as a clinical supervisor, clinical director, and adjunct professor. I earned my master's in pre-clinical psychology from San Diego State University and my PhD in school psychology at the University of Denver. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, positive psychology, Adlerian therapy, and solution-focused techniques, while taking a holistic view of wellness.
