My areas of interest include working with depression, grief, trauma, OCD, women’s issues, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ populations, adjustment issues, self-esteem, and life transitions in adolescents and adults. Reaching out for help is hard, my hope and passion is to ease any fears about the process by creating a supportive environment of mutual respect, empathy, and compassionate care.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
