Psychotherapist
GA
My goal in therapy is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can explore what’s going on and work together toward what feels right for you. I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life changes, or exploring your identity, therapy is where we work together to make things feel more manageable—one step at a time. I draw from a mixture of holistic and evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and person-centered care to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals. I’m here to help you build insight, develop coping tools, and reconnect with your strengths. I help teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of themselves find clarity, confidence, and relief. Sessions are currently offered virtually, with in-person/hybrid options available soon.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should be a space where you feel seen, empowered, and supported as you navigate change. I've found that being a therapist offers the unique opportunity to sit with people in their most vulnerable moments and help them move toward clarity, self-acceptance, and change—something that feels both humbling and profoundly rewarding. It's like being a silent partner and cheerleader for each of my clients as they navigate towards a happier and healthier life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Collaborative and empowering approach that begins with clearly identifying what matters most to them. Together, we break larger goals into manageable steps to build insight and momentum. Throughout the process, I provide a supportive space to navigate challenges, celebrate progress, and adjust goals as life unfolds, helping clients stay connected to their values and inner strengths. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, supported, and a little more grounded in the path ahead. The first session is all about building connection and creating a safe, welcoming space. I’ll take time to get to know you—what brings you in, what you're hoping to work on, and what’s been going on in your life. We'll talk through things like confidentiality, what therapy looks like, and any questions or concerns you have. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—this is your space, and we’ll go at your pace.
