Getting to know Kimberly Stukey

My goal as a therapist is to be and provide a safe environment for my clients and find the underlying reason for the issue at hand so that they can reach their full potential. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Mindfulness CBT components in my sessions. Since everyone is unique and different, your treatment plan will be developed based on your needs. Whatever you have gone through is not too difficult to work through and process. We will work together as a team so that you can accomplish your goals. You no longer have to work through it alone! I have experience working with adults that have encountered various challenges such as infertility, post-foster, adoption issues, life transitions, and relational issues. I specialize in depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief, and loss. I'm a therapist with Octave and Evernorth Behavioral Care Group.
