I provide skills and techniques aimed at breaking not only external patterns but also internal maladaptive thought patterns that can negatively impact mental health in many ways. I continuously work to be culturally competent and accepting of all individuals and concerns. Believing that no problem is too small to bring to therapy, I will meet you where you are while finding a balance to encourage change and progress. You will feel validated and empowered through our work together, and I would be happy to guide you on your mental health journey. I hold a Master of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Duquesne University and a Bachelor's degree from McDaniel College.
