Getting to know Kortni Taulbee
Are you in a life transition? Do you feel like you are struggling to find solid footing? Life can often throw us unforeseen curveballs. Change, whether temporary or permanent, can be difficult to navigate alone. I take pride in providing a safe space for patients and families to express themselves, as well as to figure out their goals and how to achieve them to live their best life. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver, which equips me with the skills and knowledge to support you through these challenges.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I have spent the last 7 years working a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the inpatient hospital setting, specializing in trauma, oncology, and medical services. I have helped families process new diagnoses, figure out what is a new normal. I have helped couples navigate new life stressors, facilitated end of life conversations, and grief and loss.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
