Hi, I’m Krista Edwards, Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in California and Arizona. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and abuse recovery for children, teens, and adults. My approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and results-focused. What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with clients by first creating a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and supported. During the first session, we talk about what is bringing them in, the challenges they are facing, and what they hope to gain from therapy. Together, we create a plan that fits their needs and goals. As therapy continues, I help clients build practical tools, increase self-awareness, and move toward healthier coping, stronger relationships, and emotional well-being.
