I specialize in working with adults and families who struggle with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and PTSD. Additionally, I work with individuals who struggle with alcohol and substance misuse and abuse. My approach is grounded in compassion and understanding, and I strive to create a therapeutic space where you feel heard and supported. With a Master's degree (MA) and as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our sessions.
