I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from Florida State University and 7 years of experience helping clients navigate unresolved trauma. I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, career difficulties, OCD, and ADHD. I have also supported many people who have experienced physical trauma, sexual abuse, or emotional abuse. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I do not believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-focused, and rational-emotive counseling. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
