Hi y'all, I'm Kristen.
Do you feel overwhelmed and over-stressed? Like you're constantly struggling to keep your head above water?
I'm here to help empower you to tackle these feelings and manage the stress and burnout life throws at you. I offer a wide variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to you as an individual. I love incorporating activities and conversation in sessions to help get to the root of the problem.
Whether you're dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, parenting conflicts, or if your child or teen is struggling with their own challenges, I can help. Seeking therapy can be scary and challenging, but you deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and encouragement as we walk this journey side by side.
I hold a Master's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Thomas University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia, which support my commitment to providing thoughtful, client-centered care.
What should a new client know about working with you?
After our first initial assessment session we will consider how often and best time of day sessions will work for your schedule. Sessions will be individualized to you and made up of activities, exercises and conversations that will help meet your goals towards success.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
