My path to becoming a therapist began with a psychology course that piqued my interest in understanding people on a deeper level. That experience deepened my commitment to providing you with an authentic space to feel comfortable and heard.

Together, we'll create a non-judgmental, authentic space where you feel free to be yourself. I use Mindfulness within this approach to help you rediscover who you are and what you want in life, with a direct and compassionate style tailored to your unique needs
