My name is Kristen Withrow, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience supporting people through life's most difficult and meaningful moments. Over the years, I have learned that healing does not need to be stiff, formal, or intimidating. It begins with feeling seen, understood, and supported just as you are. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and playing with my Frenchie, Wilson.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the ongoing stressors of everyday life. I am especially passionate about supporting teens and their families through emotional and behavioral challenges, as well as helping women reconnect with their voice, strength, and overall wellness. Whether we are addressing long standing trauma or the day to day weight of stress and overwhelm, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and not alone.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is trauma informed and human centered, grounded in evidence based practices such as CBT and DBT, and delivered with warmth, compassion, and a gentle push when it is helpful. I believe meaningful change happens through supportive therapeutic relationships and practical tools that empower you to move forward with greater confidence.
