As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), I offer telehealth therapy to adults across California. Everyone comes to therapy for their own reasons, and my goal is to walk beside you on your path toward healing, peace, and purpose. I support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and loss, using a holistic and flexible approach.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, and attachment- and mindfulness-based practices. My work is always grounded in a strengths-based perspective, guided by your motivation, and centered on cultivating self-compassion. I help clients better understand their experiences, define their connection to them, and find their way through it. I believe in the power of exploration and understanding, and a collaborative approach. You'll never feel alone in therapy. I believe your story is unique, and your care deserves an approach that’s just as individualized.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I prioritize open and direct communication with my clients. My goal is to create an environment where it feels easy to be your authentic self and to process your emotions and thoughts freely. In our first session, we’ll get to know one another and create a plan for what comes next. Over time, we’ll build a strong partnership and focus on what’s most important to you.
